The Rector of MUFO, President of the MVUS, Academician, Professor, Mahatma Shanti P. Jayasekara (Jayasekara Shanti Pushpakumara) is appointed as Personal Advisor to the State of the Principality of Seborga (Italy).
Prof Shanthi Jayasekara is appointed to be in charge of development as well as promoting the image of the Principality of Seborga throughout the world, especially in Sri Lanka and Russia (construction, tourism, trade, architecture, manufacturing).
The Honourable Minister of Foreign Affairs of Seborga, Nina Menegatto, appointed Professor Shanthi Jayasekara as Personal Advisor to the State of the Principality of Seborga on 29 September 2014 in a solemn official ceremony. The Principality of Seborga is located in the north-west of Italy and is a commune of the province of Italy. Seborga is also the closest town to Monaco, which has helped to consolidate Monaco’s status as a luxury tourist centre for the rich and famous. Also, Monaco has recently become a major banking centre and has been successful in diversifying investment into high value-added, green and light industries.
